By booking a trip with Wander XO, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on any group trip. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Prices are listed in USD and are all-inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Wander XO reserves the right to update pricing prior to booking confirmation.

All travellers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa), purchasing adequate travel insurance, meeting health and vaccination requirements for their destination, and conducting themselves respectfully towards fellow travellers and local communities.
Wander XO acts as a trip organiser and is not liable for events beyond our control including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, third-party supplier failures, or personal injury/illness. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
By joining a Wander XO trip, you consent to being photographed or filmed during group activities. These images may be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your trip host at the start of the trip.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.
