Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@wanderxo.com. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written notice.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule to another Wander XO trip according to the following tiers, based on the written notice we receive before your original departure date: 45+ days before departure — one free reschedule to another Wander XO trip; 30–45 days before departure — a $75 administration fee applies; less than 30 days before departure — rescheduling is not possible and the cancellation policy above applies. All rescheduling is subject to availability on the alternative trip.

Cancellation by Wander XO

In the event that Wander XO cancels a trip for any reason, all guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, less any non-refundable payment-processing charges of approximately 2.5–5% (these vary by card type and country and are charged by our payment provider), or the option to transfer their booking to an alternative trip at no additional charge.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, travel delays and gadget/electronics protection. Wander XO is not liable for costs arising from cancellation or disruption due to personal circumstances, illness, travel bans or force majeure events.
